A few of Addie's Favorite Things!

Addie is growing up so fast and is learning to do new things every day. Her current top five favorite things include:
1. Giving mean scowls
2. Riding her push-push machine
3. Playing with the arm covers of the couch....she wears it as a veil or a scarf
4. Seating on the fireplace mantel
5. Getting to ride in Grandma's wheelchair

Bath Time!

We have 3 1/2 bathrooms and NOT one bathtub...which makes it rather difficult to give Addie a bath. When she was a newborn, we gave her baths in the kitchen sink. Now she has a make-shift bathtub which she hated in the beginning and would scream bloody murder when I put her in it. Now, she loves it and screams bloody murder when I take her out. I can't win!!

Happy Birthday Grandpa Speth!

Today was my dad's 56th birthday. We took him to Texas Roadhouse for a celebration dinner. We had good food and a good time with good company. Happy Birthday to the BEST dad and grandpa in the world. We love you!

Happy 1st Birthday Addie!

Today was Addie's first birthday! I can't believe how fast the year has gone. It seems like just yesterday she was a tiny little baby and now she is a big girl. We had a fun birthday bash for Addie tonight and she got tons of presents and really enjoyed her cupcake! Happy Birthday to my Princess! Addie loved her cupcake! Delicious!

It was my birthday last week and to celebrate some of my friends and I went out to dinner at my favorite Mexican restaurant. My dad also made my favorite cake. It was a good day! P.S. My husband forgot my birthday.....
